WHAT'S THE HIGHEST YOU CAN REACH?
We can easily access the roof of a three-storey building with our ladders. For buildings taller than this, we typically utilize internal staircases, ladders, and roof access hatches.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE ROOF ACCESS SAFETY?
We use our WH&S compliant ladders and height safety equipment to safely access and work on your roof. This may include setting up temporary anchor points or installing permanent ones, which are quite affordable, come with a 10-year warranty, and can be reused by any contractor who needs to access your roof.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ON MY ROOF?
We'll clean all accumulated debris from your roof, valleys, and gutters. We'll also flush your downpipes and report any noticeable roof defects while cleaning your roof and gutters.
WILL YOU CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR WORK?
Absolutely, our policy ensures that we leave your grounds as clean as when we arrived, if not cleaner. We'll remove any debris from the site.
CAN YOU INSTALL GUTTER GUARDS?
Certainly, we provide and install a custom-designed gutter guard system at very competitive rates. We'll assess your roof and gutters to determine if gutter guards are the best option for your property and provide you with suitable advice. We can also install individual downpipe guards.
CAN YOU PROVIDE A PRECISE QUOTE OVER THE PHONE?
Unfortunately, no - we'll need to inspect your property to give you an accurate quote. This includes a free consultation and assessment of your roof and gutters.
HOW LONG AFTER A QUOTE IS GIVEN, WILL THE JOB BE DONE?
In most cases, we can start cleaning residential properties right away after you approve our quote. We offer a $55 (GST inclusive) discount if you accept our quote and proceed with our service on the same day. This is our way of thanking you for saving us from revisiting and setting up on another day.
DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT?
Ideally, yes - we'd prefer your presence on-site during the assessment and quoting process as we might need to ask you questions about the gutter problem. We may also need access to the backyard and may ask to relocate vehicles or laundry to prevent them from getting dirty.
We also like to extend our "same day service discount", a $55 (GST inclusive) reduction from the written quote price. This can only be offered if you're available to give us the go-ahead on the day. You could give us that approval by phone. However, if you'd prefer, we can leave you with our written quote to consider at your convenience.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We only accept electronic payments such as Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept cash or cheques. Payment is required immediately after the works are completed, handled by the technician in a contactless manner.
